Summer Is Here

Hello Summer 2019! What’s been happening with summer so far.

Premo Sculpey Accents Gemstone Polymer Clay

After getting back into working with polymer clay a few weeks ago, I discovered that Premo Sculpey Accents came up with a new collection of polymer clay, polymer clay gemstones. I bought a few bars of opal, goldstone, and a few other gemstones I’ll reveal later. This photograph reveals an opal polymer clay donut cabochon and a black and white sparkling zebra cane. The best part of this polymer clay is that it doesn’t require mixing or measuring because it’s already done for you. Make gemstone jewelry, sculptures, beads, and more with this unique polymer clay. With experimenting and researching new polymer clay ideas, I’m looking forward to showing more handmade creations that I’ve made.

In The Kitchen

With Father’s Day on June 16th, 2019 The Prock kitchen smelled like a beautiful breakfast. Here’s my recipe for a nice quick and easy breakfast to make for your family.

French Toast With Scrambled Eggs And Apple Maple Breakfast Sausage

1-2 Bags Of Pepperidge Farm Blueberry Bread, or your favorite kind of bread.

18 Eggs.

Maple Syrup Or Your Favorite Kind Of Syrup.

3 Packages Of Alfresco Fully Cooked Apple Maple Breakfast Sausage

Cooking Spray.

Butter

Cooking Instructions

French Toast

In one bowl, mix about 2-3 eggs and place your bread in egg mixture and coat bread evenly on both sides. Place your bread with egg in a frying pan or griddle that is coated with cooking spray. Allow your bread to cook for about 1-2 minutes on both sides.

Scrambled Eggs

I’ve discovered that making scrambled eggs in the microwave is so much easier then a frying pan. It makes less of a mess in the microwave then a pan, so it’s easier to clean up. Sounds crazy, but it’s true.

In a small bowl, add a tablespoon of butter and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. When butter is melted, add to your beaten eggs with milk. Depending on how many eggs you’ve mixed in your bowl, I always cook the eggs 1 minute per egg. So say you have 4 eggs in your bowl, cook your eggs for about 4 minutes. When your eggs have reached the 2 minute mark, take out of the microwave and stir. This moves the eggs that are not quite cooked on the bottom. Place your bowl back in the microwave and finish the two minutes of cooking time. If your eggs are still not quite cooked. Place your eggs back in for 1 minute.

Alfresco Breakfast Sausage

For those of you who are not familiar with this kind of sausage, it’s fully cooked so all you have to do is remove from the package and brown evenly on each side in a frying pan. Alfresco is a chicken sausage so it’s got less fat and preservatives, and the apple maple makes it taste better. Find this sausage in the meat department of your supermarket.
Summer Is Here Already

I can’t believe that the first day of summer was on June 21st, 2019. Summer is here already, oh my god where has this year has gone? Summer so far has been pretty good with watching the flowers pop open, baby birds coming to our bird feeder, baby squirrels, and much more.
